Hello my name is Stephan. I started using blockchain around 2020. It was all good until my phone got lost. Ever since then it has been an attempt to lock me out of my funds. I am the right full owner of the account, however, I don’t know my seed phrase. This is because at the time when I was using blockchain it had a feature known as cloud backup which meant that you only have to type your pin in order to access your wake from the same apple account. When I logged back into my account and put my correct pin, it says “error please try again” .if I type the wrong it it say “incorrect pin “ I let it sit because I am a long term holder however there have been multiple times I needed access to my fund and the support was no help. They kept telling me to log out. Why would I log out when I don’t remember my password? And my pin is supposed to work because there is an iCloud backup feature. That was the only reason I was comfortable keeping my money in there in the first place. I need help please. I don’t want to seek legal redress because I am pro crypto but it is getting ridiculous at this point. Last time I checked a few years back, blockchain doesn’t even a have a phone number it’s users can reach. Please I need immediate assistance

It’s not letting me to send out my coin

I have a lot of btc and currency traded in my currency and it’s requesting me to verify again which I did and nothing from them pleasure help me out.

They will restrict your funds and then basically there is nothing you can do and they just take it. They do it all the time I didn’t believe it till it happened to me

As of late, app has been crashing every time I try to withdrawal or send crypto

Every time I go to look at my bitcoin stock it automatically exits out the app. I updated it cleared the Gacha and it’s doing it still

Verify my account please it’s almost a week today without I can’t spend my money why

Can’t even send my bitcoin to another wallet

Why I’m I having problems with my verification and no medium to contact the support center

I made a mistake and transferred my money from DeFi wallet to my trading account and I’m trying to verify my identity but it’s taking more than the expected time. More than 2 months now and it’s stuck

The app has been running well so far, but I think they still have to add more features to it. Such as converting other currencies on here

This site is a complete scam you can put money in but when you select the coin you have funds in the app immediately shuts down so you can’t do anything with it. On a good note it’s all tracked and the developer will pay 3x whatever we lose due to laws and policies.

My crypto was transferred to a wallet I’ve never seen before nor was it the one I copy and pasted into the transfer to but this specific wallet had hundreds of transactions that day. A bunch of frauds/ scammers.

My transaction is still on pending for the past two months why please confirm or refund my bitcoin please I already contact the blockchain support you guys didn’t make any changes to it

Blockchain has denied me from sending out and swapping my USDT for over week now with my Fund and I read a news said Tether is preparing for audits so why is blockchain hold my funds and denying my access to trade ? Please blockchain release my 1k+ Usdt because I need that for urgent use. Thanks

The application is not working properly and has bugs.

The app future is so much easy and amazing even though it has it’s own complexity still manage too make it convenient for Everyone

There are no limit buys, stop orders, AND I deposited $400 about four hours ago and I can’t use it to buy crypto. The fees are about 5%.

After following all indications I couldn’t login to my old account which had Bitcoin and BTC Cash. All I got was a new account with 00 assets.

Have had money tied up with them for five years, it’s been consistent ineffectual “sorry”an and no actual work or help in any capacity. Easy to give them money, impossible to take it back.

Loading for minutes to make a buy

I don’t like the platform at all, hard to understand and no option to buy shares, only a option to buy the equivalent in cash. The only reason I keep trying to use it is because if you have an account at Sofi bank, blockchain is one of the two options for a crypto profile. Extremely slow on money transfers! If you’re trying to load your wallet to take advantage of a good trade opportunity, good luck! It’ll take days to have access to your money.

You guys app are bugged. The blockchain app keeps kicking me out of the app every time I open and want to send money with it just keeps closing

I do not recommend this app to anyone, verification process is horrible and if you don’t check in often they lock your account into defi wallet only. Nearly impossible to recover my funds.

I used this platform to transfer funda to buy XRP. They froze my account stating they could not verify me. I had an account for 5 years before with no problems. I submitted support tickets and waited for months and months to hear back. Nothing. They didn’t even return the money I put on the exchange to buy the XRP. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. SCAMMERS.
